Why donate?

We’ve loved our time and humble beginnings a few days a week in the Scout Hut, but we have so many ambitions and ideas about ways we can enhance the lives of our members and reach more adults with learning difficulties and neurodiversity.

Your donation will not only maintain what we currently do for our existing members, but also expand and go bigger and better. Funds that we raise for the charity will enable us to:

  • Finally secure a bigger venue that offers more opportunity and access for members

  • Create key activity areas in a new venue that enable wider activities

  • Purchase better equipment and resources to expand the types of activities we offer

  • Increase budgets for offsite experiences and activities for our members

  • Raise visibility and marketing budgets to reach more people

  • Bring in experts and specialist that can add real value for our members

Sign up and nominate us with the Fareham Community Lottery.

In 2020, the Council made an award of Community Funding to One Community, to set up and run a Community Lottery for Fareham. This lottery helps to raise much needed funds for charities and community groups in Fareham, by giving 40 percent of all ticket sales directly back to the registered 'good causes'… including Key to Joy.
